Service professionals listed on LocalForce are independent contractors. Any agreements, contracts, or disputes arising from services are solely between you and the service provider. LocalForce is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• The accuracy of service provider information
• Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from services
• Pricing, scheduling, or fulfillment of services

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or download content without permission
• Harass or abuse listed service providers or other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or reviews

8. Limitation of Liability
